Welcome to iPro, By accessing our website, requesting a quote, scheduling a repair, purchasing a product, or using any of our services, you agree to follow these Terms and Conditions.
Please do not use our services if you do not agree with these terms.
By scheduling a repair, placing an order, visiting our store, or otherwise using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
iPro provides repair and diagnostic services for mobile phones, tablets, laptops, and other related electronic devices.
Our services may include, but are not limited to:
Screen and glass replacements
Battery replacements
Charging-port repairs
Button repairs
Water-damage services
Software updates and troubleshooting
Device diagnostics
Tablet and iPad repairs
Laptop repairs
Other cellphone and electronic-device repairs
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue any product or service at any time without prior notice.
Any estimate or quote provided by iPro is based on the information available at the time of inspection or inquiry.
The final price may change depending on the device’s actual condition, parts availability, additional damage, or additional repairs required.
We will make reasonable efforts to inform you before completing additional work that may increase the original estimated price.
Payment is due when the repair or service is completed unless another arrangement has been agreed upon.
We may accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods available in our store or through our website.
iPro provides a 30-day warranty on qualifying replacement parts and repair labor beginning on the date the repair is completed.
The warranty applies only to the specific part or service originally provided.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, drops, misuse, abuse, improper handling, liquid exposure, physical damage, unauthorized repairs, device modifications, or damage occurring after the original repair.
The warranty may also be void if the device is opened, modified, or repaired by another person or business after service is completed by iPro.
Customers must provide the original receipt or other acceptable proof of service when submitting a warranty claim.
Warranty eligibility may be subject to inspection of the device.
iPro is not responsible for the loss, corruption, deletion, or alteration of data, software, photos, contacts, applications, files, passwords, or other information stored on a device during inspection, diagnosis, repair, or testing.
Customers are strongly encouraged to back up all important information before providing a device for service.
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, hidden damage, manufacturer defects, or problems that could not reasonably be identified before beginning the repair.
Some devices may have additional damage that becomes visible only after the device is opened or tested.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, iPro's total liability for a claim related to a repair or service will not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service involved.
iPro will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services.
Customers are responsible for:
Providing accurate and complete information about the device, its condition, and the problems it is experiencing.
Informing us of any previous repairs, liquid exposure, physical damage, software issues, or other known problems.
Backing up important data before submitting the device for service.
Removing confidential, sensitive, or unnecessary personal information from the device whenever possible.
Providing any password, access code, or device authorization reasonably required to diagnose, test, or complete the repair.
Collecting the device and paying all applicable charges when the repair is completed.
The customer confirms that they own the device or have authorization from the device owner to request the repair.
Certain repairs may require our technicians to access the device’s operating system, settings, camera, speakers, microphone, charging functions, wireless connections, or other features to diagnose the issue and verify that the repair was completed successfully.
We will access only the areas reasonably necessary to diagnose, repair, or test the device.
Customers are responsible for collecting repaired, unrepaired, or diagnosed devices within a reasonable period after being notified that the device is ready.
Devices that remain unclaimed for an extended period may be subject to storage fees or other actions permitted under applicable Illinois law.
Replacement parts may be original, refurbished, premium aftermarket, or standard aftermarket parts, depending on availability, customer selection, price, and the type of repair requested.
The appearance, performance, brightness, color, fit, functionality, or durability of a replacement part may differ from the original manufacturer-installed part.
iPro reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate service when:
A customer violates these Terms and Conditions.
A customer provides inaccurate or misleading information.
A repair may be unsafe, unlawful, or technically unreasonable.
A customer engages in threatening, abusive, fraudulent, or unacceptable conduct.
Required parts or services are unavailable.
Continuing the repair could cause additional damage or create a safety risk.
iPro may revise these Terms and Conditions periodically to reflect changes in our services, policies, business practices, or applicable laws.
Updated terms will become effective when they are posted on our website with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after an update means that you accept the revised terms.
These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the State of Illinois.
Any dispute arising from these Terms and Conditions or the use of our services will be handled by an appropriate court located in Illinois, subject to applicable law.
